點解前十字韌帶受傷風險女高過男？

【體路專訊】前十字韌帶（Anterior Cruciate Ligament, 簡稱ACL）為膝關節中前端的韌帶，連接著脛骨與股骨。在籃球、足球、排球等高體能需求的運動中，不時都有運動員ACL受傷的消息出現，當中女性ACL受傷的風險亦會較男性大。到底原因何在？
