【體路專欄】運動過量會為身體帶來不同程度的傷害,當中壓力性骨折就是其中一種過度訓練而帶來的傷患。當肌肉因過度使用無法吸收反覆碰撞所產生的震動時,這些震動便會傳遞至骨骼,如果沒有充分的休息,便會引起微小的骨裂或骨折。這種情況較常出現在承受身體重量的位置,例如小腿脛骨、足部等。
