【體路專欄】每星期跑步也會做足運動前的動態熱身和運動後的拉筋舒緩,不少物理治療師朋友和跑步教練也說如果做足了,便可以減低受傷機會,最近有一次機會接觸瑜伽運動,發覺其實跑步後的拉筋跟瑜伽是蠻相似的。
