心臟病患者應避免劇烈運動?研究指每周運動2.5小時有助延長壽命

【體路專欄】對於患有心臟病的人士,相信很多人都聽過旁人建議避免進行劇烈運動,以避免心臟病發作。隨著科技進步,很多研究都指出做運動有助降低心臟病、中風等問題出現,最近一項新研究更指出,保持甚至增加運動量,其實有助延長心臟病患者的壽命。
