香港田徑公開賽2012決賽日成績

由香港業餘田徑總會（田總）主辦的「香港田徑公開賽2012」已於2012年12月15及16日 (星期六及日)假將軍澳運動場圓滿舉行。本賽事是2012年本地最後一場田徑比賽，多名香港紀錄保持者及精英運動員均有參加賽事競爭獎項。以下是決賽日部份重點項目的成績:
