【體路專欄】曾經聽人講過,如果一個人連續21天,每天做同一樣的事情,在第22天這件事就會變成習慣。同樣道理,若連續21天都不做習慣性的事情,雖然頭1、2天會覺得不習慣,感覺怪怪的,但到了第22天心情和身體都會adapt,上班如是,拍拖如是,運動也如是。最難的,通常都是第一天。
