【體路專欄】相信大部分的跑手在練習過程中最容易忽略的部分必定是Cool Down,其實筆者都能理解,因為經過刻苦和長時間的訓練/比賽,身心俱疲。也許在完成一刻,你會更想坐或訓在地上,或與隊友訴說今天的辛勞,或到更衣室更衣沐浴,而非緩跑,拉筋。
