【體路專訊】於全球提倡「姿勢跑法」(Pose Method)的運動學者Nicholas Romanov博士本週旋風式訪港兩天,為其新書宣傳,昨晚他特意抽空於馬鞍山運動場舉行了一場跑步班,親身講解這套風靡全球跑者的跑步理論,吸引近50位跑步愛好者出席。
