香港體育普及化淪為空中樓閣

【讀者投稿】香港特區政府把體育普及化納入體育政策發展三大重點之一已差不多有14年，政府甚至希望透過體育普及化能去改善體育精英化的情況。在日本和南韓，當地的政府同樣有類似的願景，而且實踐得頗為成功。[1] 在香港，情況同樣如此順利嗎？
