經常在外地訓練和比賽，教練曾問起我是否真的需要住在運動員宿舍。我一天還有資格住在這裡，我打死也不會搬走的，我告訴他。暗地裡驚訝哪來的霸氣，原來體院已成為了我第二個家。

8歲開始學習滑浪風帆，2009年獲頒「最傑出青少年運動員獎」。成績：2009年香港東亞運女子RS:X板銀牌、2010年廣州亞運女子米氏板銀牌、2014年仁川亞運RS:X板金牌、2018年雅加達亞運RS:X板銀牌。2012年出戰倫敦奧運會，賽前一度於訓練時撞斷三條肋骨，但忍痛練習趕及康復，以第12名完成。
