引體上升鍛煉背肌(正手篇)

引體上升係一個鍛煉背部肌肉嘅經典動作,呢個動作有分為「正手」及「反手」,兩者都以背闊肌為目標肌肉,同時下斜方肌、肱二頭肌、肱三頭肌亦有參與其中嘅,反手個post裡面都有提過啦,
