賽前心理的準備(三)-放鬆訓練

【體路專欄】過去兩次我分享了圖像訓練和專注力訓練,相信大家對賽前心理的準備已了解不少。現在我再分享一下如何處理比賽壓力,讓身心放鬆迎接比賽的方法。籃球比賽充滿很多變化、很多不同的處境,球員往往會受當中的壓力而影響表現,如自己的情緒、教練及隊友的言語、對手的技術、觀眾的喝倒彩等等。
