【體路專欄】水中運動源遠流長,除了水中物理治療外,水中健體也是廣受歡迎及熱門的康體活動。因應第五波疫情的緩和趨勢,健身中心和體育處所已分階段地重開一個多月,社區再次掀起另一浪運動熱潮。在興奮「操肌」和「報復式」練習背後,潛藏著不少過度操練和運動傷患風險。運動愛好者可曾想過水的特性可以促進運動恢復?本文將會概述水中運動的科學原理,並建議一些簡單易學的水中動態恢復運動,藉以幫助讀者促進運動復原。
