【四大迷思】乳酸導致疲勞,真的正確嗎?

  【體路專訊】「乳酸」的概念在運動界別已爭論數十年,有讀過基本運動理論的朋友都一定聽過,在劇烈運動時,身體需要動用無氧醣酵解系統(Glycolytic System)以獲得額外能量,過程中會產生一種名為「乳酸」的代謝物,繼而血液會變得酸性,影響肌肉收縮,身體逐漸變得酸軟乏力,甚至導致運動後翌日酸痛云云。多年來教練、體育老師、以至生物學教科書都是這樣解釋,再加上平日實戰感受,上述邏輯都看似非常合理。然而,近年有越來越多強力科研證據指出事實並非如此。
