肌肉鍛鍊運動拜拜肥臀

  【體路專欄】常常聽到坐得多臀部會容易積聚脂肪的說法,筆者覺得仍未有有力證據証明學說正確,但若是因為工作關係每天需長時間坐下而令每日的活動量大減,這樣就有機會引致營養過剩,消耗不足令脂肪變得容易形成。長期坐下亦使肌肉活動量減少, 直接影響下身水份的積聚。所以每坐下20-30分鐘可起來做些伸展運動,如前壓腿及後蹬小腿的動作,可幫助改善血液循環。
