【體路專欄】不約而同,最近有兩份報紙都報導有關高強度間竭訓練嘅專題,除咗呢兩份報紙外,其實打從上年年中已經開始有一啲網站、雜誌打來問我有關高強度訓練嘅睇法及意見等,好多記者朋友都會提出此類訓練可在短時間內達到好好嘅嘅燒脂效果,證明係香港”短時間、燒脂好”呢樣嘢真係好有賣點,如果大家有做開運動不防都試吓訓練模式做吓一啲「高強度間竭訓練」。

【體路專欄】之前係facebook share過一篇生果日報關於HICT 7分鐘可有效燒脂減肥嘅介紹,引起咗好多迴響。有朋友認為可以、有朋友認為唔可以,其實HIIT同HICT可“極速”短時間燃燒多啲卡路里都已經有實驗證明過,但係又有實驗證明卡路里未必係減肥過程中影響最大嘅。
