【體路專欄】比賽期五大類禁忌食物



【體路專欄】想以最佳狀態去比賽,除咗訓練上做好調整,飲食方面都要注意,比賽期有啲嘢食建議食少為妙。

煎炸嘢︰
炸薯條、韓式炸雞、鹽酥雞、椒鹽豆腐、天婦羅、吉列豬扒、西多士、油炸鬼等熱氣嘢食得多容易喉嚨痛

肥膩嘢︰
東坡肉、梅菜扣肉、乾炒牛河、焗豬扒飯等脂肪含量較高,影響體脂比例,或會加重身體負擔

生冷嘢︰
刺身、生蠔、雪糕等萬一處理得唔乾淨,會容易肚痾生病,大大影響發揮

太甜︰
芝士蛋糕、千層蛋糕、忌廉泡芙、心太軟、馬卡龍等甜品少食為妙,脂肪含量高同埋太甜增加體脂

酒精︰
任何酒都會抑制中樞神經系統,酒精容易上癮及損害身體機能,飲少杯好
