【體路專欄】長距離練習時個腦諗啲咩?係分好多層次!

如果係恢復慢跑,會放鬆心情俾個腦放空,欣賞風景同享受自己跑步嘅時間。

如果係長課,一開始要穩定步速,諗動作、呼吸、體感,穩定後可以模擬自己比緊賽,俾身體記住好嘅感覺,習慣成自然,比賽時就能夠發揮水平,最後階段係最辛苦,以穩定動作為主,喺穩定狀態下順住加速,而唔係死加。

至於比賽就諗步速同感覺,進入狀態後就盡力保持,總會去到某個位好攰好想放棄,依個時候就要不斷提醒自己鼓勵自己諗啲嘢激勵自己,痛苦就會好快過。
