雙人拉筋教學-膕繩肌(1)



【體路專欄】通常我們伸展都會是一個人做,那為什麼要兩個人做呢?因為雙人伸展會令肌肉伸展得更加好,而且有人幫助會令效果更加顯著。今日會示範拉膕繩肌(Hemstring)。

  • 先坐下一隻腳伸直,另一隻腳平放曲起;
  • 慢慢呼氣壓下去,當去到某一個位停低時,另一人可以加少少力幫他,保持呼氣,保持8-10秒;
  • 8-10秒後可以放鬆,深呼吸;
  • 每邊腳重複做3組,每組8-10秒,每一組比上一組壓下多少少,另一人可以加力輕微推一推他;
  • 記住壓下去時要保持呼吸,不要忍氣,盡量放鬆。
