【體路專欄】上一集講到膕繩肌的伸展,今個星期介紹還有另一個方法可以拉到膕繩肌。

  • 首先平躺在地下,將一邊腳伸直放在另一人的膊頭上;
  • 伸展到一個位然後停低,用力下壓8秒,感覺跟另一人在鬥力;
  • 8秒之後放鬆,休息10秒;
  • 每邊腳重複做3組,每一組8秒,每一組的幅度比上一組多。
